Communication is the most essential part of any recruitment process and how you communicate is always a major factor in the company’s decision to recruit you or not.

Any company interacts with you in multiple ways, which may primarily involve:

  1. Filling up a Company Specific Form at the very beginning of the application process;
  2. Shortlisting on the basis of your Curriculum Vitae (CV);
  3. Making you interact with a group of people in a Group Discussion (GD);
  4. Face-to-face interaction with company representative(s) during a Personal Interview (PI).
